We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, with no hidden charges. For customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union, the price you see is fully inclusive. We prepay all applicable import duties and taxes, ensuring a seamless and transparent purchase experience.

For shipments to Canada, Norway, Australia, Sweden, South Africa, and certain other regions, import fees cannot be prepaid. In these cases, we gladly support you by covering up to 50% of the verified customs charges (maximum $200 USD) and managing all clearance procedures. Most customers find the remaining import fees average around $150 total, and we can typically provide a cost estimate before you complete your purchase.

Please note that We don't ship to Islamic countries, like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq etc..

Pre-Shipment Confirmation
For all custom-manufactured dolls, we provide pre-shipment quality assurance photos to verify your order meets specifications. Please ensure your registered email address remains active and monitor both primary and spam folders for our communications.

Custom TPE Dolls : 2-3 weeks standard production
*Note: Implanted hair customization may extend processing time

Custom Silicone Dolls: 4-8 weeks standard production

Shipping & Packaging Standards
We partner with global logistics providers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) for secure transportation. To request a specific carrier, please include instructions in your order notes.

All items ship in completely discreet packaging featuring:

  • Neutral brown exterior boxes

  • Zero brand identification

  • Customs documentation labeled "Mannequin"
    Tracking information becomes available approximately 48 hours after dispatch, enabling delivery scheduling directly through the carrier.

Quality Assurance Protocol
Product Inspection: Each unit undergoes comprehensive quality verification before departure. Upon delivery, please inspect your item within 72 hours and report any concerns to Service@SexDollsHub.com with supporting media.

Defect Resolution:

  • Minor shipping-related damage: Complimentary repair kit provided

  • Significant defects: Replacement arranged (requires unboxing documentation)

  • Incorrect items: Immediate notification required upon delivery discovery

*Important: Do not refuse shipment or return items without prior authorization. Return shipments sent to package origin addresses cannot be processed.
